Throughout the years, the Arrowhead girls soccer team has remained a consistent competitor in Wisconsin. Last year, in the 2024-2025 season, they finished with a 14-1-6 record, advancing to the state tournament, where they were ranked second in the state at the end of the season.
This year, the Warhawks are out for revenge for the state championship title and have great momentum into the season. With the addition of Kenley Walos, freshman, a new staple has been added to the team dynamic.
On April 28th, in their last home game, they earned a 6-0 win against Waukesha West, which ended their opponent’s winning streak. Addison Nekich and Amara Leppla scored two goals each, Talylyn Schkeryantz scored one, and an own goal.
Currently, they have a record of 7-0-0, making them ranked first in Wisconsin and 37th in the nation while still moving up. The question is, will they be able to remain first in Wisconsin until the end?
“I think we have the ability to win it all this year”, Addison Nekich, senior, said.
The Arrowhead community is excited to see the success that is yet to come for the girls’ Arrowhead Warhawks soccer team.
