Quarter one ended on November third and there have been many activities at Arrowhead that have taken place so far. Quarter two ends on January 5th which will be followed by semester exams on the 16th, 17th and 18th of January.
Junior Ashley Gilroy says, “My favorite memory was the boys state volleyball game on Thursday. My friends and I all got to drive up together and support the team and it was very fun.”
The boys volleyball team was runner up for state after losing to Middleton.
But volleyball is not the only fall sport people have loved attending.
Junior Veronica Pauken says, “Football games were super fun and I have loved meeting so many new people. I am sad it’s over.”
On the 27th of October 2023, the football team played Sussex Hamilton for the second round of playoffs. The boys ended up losing by only two points.
Along with sports, Arrowhead has a lot of clubs students are available to take part in.
Sophomore Hannah Witt says, “I have a lot of good memories from this year so far but I would say one of my favorite memories was planting trees with some of my friends for earth club.”
The meeting for earth club takes place in room N128 every second Monday of the month. Dennis Mechenich, and Mike Hall advise this club. Students can reach out to them if interested.
