The tenth season of the Bachelorette premiered Monday, May 19th on ABC at 8:30 p.m. This season’s bachelorette stars Andi Dorfman, a twenty six year old attorney from Georgia. Dorfman left Juan Pablo’s season broken hearted but is now ready to find love on her own season of The Bachelorette. On Monday’s episode Dorfman met 25 candidates she could be engaged to in a few short weeks.

Dorfman is getting high reviews from Bachelorette fans. Faith Kust, a junior at Arrowhead, says, “I think she is really nice and outgoing I really like her.”

Anna Baumgartner, a junior at Arrowhead, says, “I like how she is very straight forward and more down to Earth.”

The 25 men tried their best to stand out and impress Dorfman after first meeting her. Some of more outlandish introductions included a guy pretending to push the limo up the drive, and one who pulled up in a golf cart and another who brought a lamp from a hotel because his mother told him to “never greet a girl empty handed.”

The men made a real lasting impression on many of the bachelor fans.

Kust says, “I thought it was really weird that the one guy brought a lamp when he met Andi.”

Baumgardner says, “I really like Marquel and the guy she gave the first impression rose to.”

Kust says, “I really like Eric and Marquel.”

Eric is an adventurer who mission is to visit all the United Nations recognized countries. After Eric left the taping of The Bachelorette he passed away paragliding accident. Eric still stars in the show even though all the bachelor fans know Eric’s tragic future. The season has been dedicated in memory to Eric.

Besides the tragic death of the beloved contestant, Eric the season is looking to be one full of drama and intrigue.

Kusts says, “The body builder will probably cause the most drama. He seems really fake.”

Baumgardner says, “I feel like the guys with the weirdest hair styles cause the most drama. The hair tells all.”

With the 25 men, Dorfman has plenty of good looking men to fall in love with and  find her future husband. Bachelorette fans are already predicting who will be the lucky man Andi will choose.

Kust says, “I hope Marquel will be the one Andi chooses. I really like him.”

“I really don’t know because on the last season of Bachelorette she chose the opposite of what I thought. It is hard to tell who she will end up with in the first episode because you see so many different guys its hard to decide.”
