Arrowhead Students Share Their Opinions On Prom 2022

Arrowhead’s prom took place on Saturday, May 14th, at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The theme was starry night. Doors closed at seven and dinner was served shortly after. The options for dinner were sundried tomato chicken with spinach artichoke cream sauce, honey glazed salmon with pineapple salsa, or vegetarian fontina risotto cakes.

Bryn Deininger, a senior, says, “I got food poisoning from the chicken and was sick all of Sunday.”

Many students have reported feeling sick the day after prom, and those who felt sick all picked the chicken option as their meal.

Bella Marino, a junior, says, “I had so much fun at prom. The theme was done so well. I brought my boyfriend, who does not go to Arrowhead, and he also had a lot of fun.”

Student Senate helped to decorate the venue Saturday morning.

Vera Zamborini, a junior, says, “I danced my heart out. It did get really hot on the dance floor because of how many people there were and how heavy my dress was. Besides that, I had a great time.”

The dance ended at 11 PM. Due to a threat on prom, there was added security.

Ally Merenkov, a senior, says, “I loved seeing everyone’s dresses. They were all so unique and everyone looked great. I really liked the fun suits that were worn to match the dresses.”
