Second semester started this week on Wednesday. It was supposed to start on Monday the 27^th, but due to the cold days that occurred it pushed it back until Wednesday the 29^th.

“I like my classes, but I don’t have any of my friends in a lot of them,” said senior Matt Keranen, a student at Arrowhead High School.

“I love all my classes. A lot of my teachers seem really nice and the work load is down to a minimum in a lot of them,” said Arrowhead senior Abby Bierman.

Students are allowed five schools days to drop and pick up, or add a class. Some students decide to switch classes if they don’t like the class they are in, or if want an easier or harder class to take.

“AP Stats is a class that I need to drop. It’s too hard,” said Bierman.

“The classes that I am in I don’t want to drop, I feel like I can get a 3.0 GPA,” said Keranen.

Final exams will be the first week of June due to graduation for seniors and for underclassmen they will be the 11^th, 12^th, 13th of June.

This is the last semester that seniors will be at Arrowhead High School. Graduation is June 7^th at 7:30 p.m. which is a Saturday.

“I am ready to leave. I’m so excited to see what the next couple of years bring for me,” said Bierman.
