October 11th and 12th were Amazon Prime Days when Amazon released low prices on almost all of their items. Most of Arrowhead’s students knew about the Prime Days and they used the sale days to order some of their favorite items. 

Geometry and Algebra teacher April Bernhardt says, “I love ordering from Amazon, for Prime days, I ordered some new clothes, and some teaching supplies because of their cheap deals and they’re fast, free two days or less shipping.” 

Amazon LED lights were on sale for $14.99 with the deal versus. $29.99 before the Prime deal. The new mechanical pencils for grading were on sale for $8.99 versus before the sale, they were $9.99.

Amazon has anything from iPhone cases to food delivery services. Arrowhead students and staff said they started to order things such as gifts for Halloween, Christmas, Thanksgiving, or for family members for the holidays. 

Junior Ella Serwin said, “I ordered part of my costume for Mean Girls which was super cute and I’m so glad  I ordered it because it worked out perfectly for the show and I love my dress.” 

The dress was originally $59.99 but with the Amazon Prime Day deals lowered the cost of the dress to $29.99.

With Prime, subscribers get fast, reliable two-day or less shipping. The next Prime days are July 23 and 24th of 2024.
