Ways Students Ask People Out For Homecoming And Their Plans

Arrowhead High School students ranging from grades nine through twelve are asking their significant others to the homecoming dance in creative ways. This year’s homecoming theme is Under the Sea held on September, 30th 2023. This year’s homecoming dance will be located at North campus in the West gym and will be held from  7:30 to 10:30pm.

Arrowhead also hosts “Flapjacks” for Freshman and Sophomore students every year before homecoming. This year, on Wednesday, June 7th, “Flapjacks” will be open for students to celebrate homecoming and get some pancakes. Students will be able to get their pancakes at the starting time of 5:00 am and ends at 7:00 pm. The pancakes are free for all students.

This is hosted by teachers who dedicate their time to make the homecoming week exciting. The juniors and seniors will be able to have their Flapjacks on Thursday, June 1st starting at 5:00 am and ending at 7:00 pm located in the North campus lunch room.

Every year there is this pep rally before the end of the day where everyone from Arrowhead High School will come together and watch as students and staff have worked hard to create a variety of games for the students to watch before they get ready for the football game located on the Arrowheads football field.

Charlotte Weiss a Arrowhead High school sophomore  says “ I am going to the dance and I was asked to homecoming up in Door County at pebble beach. We are still trying to find a restaurant to go to.“

Emily Lauber a Arrowhead High school junior says “I am going to homecoming with my boyfriend and we are working on finding a place to go for dinner before the dance.”
