On March 15th, an email was sent out to staff and students from associate principal Becky Gordon announcing that Student Senate has organized the week before Spring Break to be a spirit week. The spirit week will be held from March 22 through 26.  

In the email, Gordon says, “…we want to make the final days before break packed with spirit!” 

Each day of next week is a different theme for both in-person and virtual students to dress up for. Starting on Monday, March 22nd, the dress-up themes are as follows:

• Monday 3/22: Comfy Monday
• Tuesday 3/23: Tacky Tourist Tuesday 
• Wednesday 3/24: Time Warp Wednesday (Dress as/from your favorite decade)
• Thursday 3/25: Jersey Thursday
• Friday 3/26: Rep AHS Day – Wear your AHS gear or gear from an AHS club or sport! 

Junior Cara Wellentin says, “I love spirit weeks and I’m really excited to have these fun dress up days before spring break! I am most looking forward to Time Warp Wednesday.”
