As graduation day approaches, the annual senior party is also near. 

According to the website, “Every spring the parents of the Arrowhead High School senior class honor their graduates with an all night drug and alcohol-free party…It is school-sponsored and gives the students an opportunity to celebrate their educational accomplishments in a safe and drug-free environment.”

Like previous years, the senior party is being held the night before graduation, on Friday, June 3. It will begin at 9:00 pm and go till 1:30 am. Students can arrive no later than 9:30 pm and won’t be able to leave before the end time of 1:30 am. It will be at AHS North Campus.

Senior Nick Catania said, “Although it goes till pretty late, graduation isn’t until 7:00 pm, so if I had to I could sleep during the day.” 

At the senior party there will be Hypnotist Paul Knight, casino games, raffle prizes, inflatables, and food and drinks. 

Senior Sydney Nelson says, “I’m really excited for the senior party and to spend time with my friends. I think it will be a lot of fun. My brother went last year and said that he was happy that he went.” 

In order to go, students must fill out a permission form and purchase a ticket. Tickets prices vary depending on the time of purchase. Permission slips should be turned into the North Campus office. 

Before April 30th – $55

May 1st through 20th – $65

After May 20th – $75

Last year’s senior Amber Thomas says, “Last year’s senior party was a lot of fun. I think it was a great thing to do before graduation and I enjoyed being able to do one last thing with my class.”
