Tenth Hour is the time when it all happens: PING PONG time. Only room 175, Mr. Hoch a teacher at Arrowhead High School has a ping pong table in his class room and it’s when ping pong is always played. Students that have him play each other as well as Mr. Hoch because Hoch says he has a good game.

Intense games go on and it’s only played 10^th hour. And students must have their work done before they can play. Students from juniors to seniors will play each other in a friendly game.

Before break, there was a week of down time because all the ping pong balls were broken due to students messing around and cracking the balls.

Recently Hoch supplied the table with 18 new ping pong balls.

The ping pong table also has flaws in it due to the ping pong net not being tight enough on the table, which causes the net to sag a little so it’s easier to hit the ball over the net.

Also a wheel underneath the table is broke which causes the table to slant which makes it difficult to sometimes get the ball on the table.

Students and Hoch are trying to fix the table. There have been recent talks about getting another table in his room so more than just two people can play ping pong. Hoch would put the money towards the new table if needed too. Let’s see if it works out.
