With this warm weather coming in, it’s important to stay hydrated. There are a couple new styles and brands of water bottles that can help you do just that, and in style.

“My water bottle is really cool, it’s the S’well brand, stainless steel water bottle. They’re a little expensive. Mine was $45 for a 22oz bottle, but I have also seen knock-off brand ones at Marshalls and TJ Maxx for $12. Either way, these bottles are amazing. They’re double insulated to stop condensation from happening outside the bottle which is super annoying and happens with a bunch of other water bottles. It also hold[s] hot and cold drinks for up to 24 hours. This is super helpful when I have a lacrosse tournament all day. Everyone should definitely get one of these. It’s my favorite,” says senior Alli Kroeninger.

S’well bottles come in a wide range of bottle colors and finishes. They come in matte, stone, shiny and glitter coatings and sizes and prices range from 9oz bottles at $25, to 17oz at $35, and 25oz at $45.

You can buy these water bottles at a variety of online stores. The main website for S’well water bottles is www.s’wellbottle.com. Another website is Indigo.ca. If you’re located outside of the US, you can find them on the Well.ca website.

, Sarah Kauss, the founder of S’well, on www.swellbottle.com says, “S’well bottles are beautifully crafted and composed of non-leaching and non-toxic 18/8 stainless steel, that keeps your drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12, while giving back to those in need. S’well is a charitable community member and proud partner of charitable organizations.”

According to www.unicefusa.org, S’well is a proud supporter of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, donating $200,000 since 2015 to help provide clean water to the world’s most vulnerable children. UNICEF works in more than 100 countries around the world to improve access to safe water and sanitation facilities in schools and communities and to promote safe hygiene practices. According to www.unicefusa.com, with just $1, UNICEF can provide one child with access to safe, clean water for a month.

“My favorite water bottle right now is the filtered S’well bottle, where you can actually put cut up fruit in the inside of it, then add your water, and the fruit flavor infuses into the water, making it taste like the fruit you put in it. I sometimes get bored of plain water and started to just chop up fruit in a normal water bottle, but it ended up flaking and getting chunky pieces in my water that I would end up drinking. I researched and found these water bottles that have a filter cup in the inside for fruit to go into. The one I bought was just from Amazon called the Young and More Infuser Water Bottle. The 24oz one was $10 so super affordable,” says senior Andi Eckl.

According to www.loseweightbyeating.com’s article, “Fruit Infused Water Bottle Reviews,” water is helpful in losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle.

One of the easiest ways to drink more water is to purchase a fruit infused water bottle. Also known as a fruit infuser water bottle or water infuser bottle, these bottles are inexpensive, attractive and unique. Fruit infusers are easy to take with you anywhere you go, and the yummy flavors help encourage you to drink more.

These type of fruit infusing water bottles come from all different brands and range in price. On www.loseweightbyeating.com, there is a list their favorite fruit infused water bottles, which can all be found on amazon.com. They listed their top three as Asobu Water Bottle Infuser at $10.00,  Sports Water Infuser Bottle, 27oz at $12.99, and Fruit Infuser Water Bottle, 27 Ounce, at $16.49.

According to www.greatist.com, water is one of the most beneficial liquids on the planet and has many benefits that can keep you on track if you are trying to lose weight or just

be healthy.

Some benefits of water, according to www.greatist.com, include the following: maintaining the body’s fluid balance, transporting nutrients in the body, regulating body temperature, and digesting food. The benefits continue with continuous muscle fuel, as well as clearer skin — which for many teenagers is a major concern. Water flushes out these toxins and reduces the size of pimples.

Drinking water, from whichever bottle you like, is a healthy and beneficial thing to do each day. According to authoritynutrition.com, drinking just 4 -5, 16 oz water bottles a day will put you at your daily water intake that will keep you at a solid healthy lifestyle. Do this by trying out some of the new water bottles you will see trending around Arrowhead.
