Summer 2018 is approaching as Arrowhead students get out of school on June 8th. There are many things that Milwaukee and the Lake Country area has to offer during the summer.

Some of these things include Summerfest, State Fair, The Hartland Street Dance, and The Delafield Block Party.

According to their website, Summerfest is one of the world’s largest music festivals and this dates back to their opening in 1960. Summerfest is Downtown Milwaukee against Lake Michigan.

Summerfest 2018 beings June 27th and will run through July 8th. Summerfest will be closed completely on July second. Daily Tickets which are $20 can be purchased online or at the box office at the Summerfest grounds. There all also seasonal and multi-day passes available online.

Headliners include Logic and Halsey Florida Georgia Line, Jcole, Dave Matthews Band. Ground stage headliners include Marshmallow, Lil Uzi Vert, Foster the People, Billy Currington, Louis the Child, Hunter Hayes, the Wailers, Echosmith.

The Wisconsin State Fair, according to their website, is an 11-day festival founded in 1851 known for cream puffs. State Fair 2018 begins August 2nd and will run through August 12th.

According to their, The Hartland Street Dance is a family-friendly event hosted on July 21st and will feature the band LoveMonkeys. This event is free and will take place in downtown Hartland. According to the website, Delafield days will be July 13th and 14th and will feature food from 10 different restaurants within the Lake Country area.
