The Billboard hot 100 was updated on Tuesday, October 24th and had a similar top 10 compared to last week’s with a couple new faces and placements. For example the top three are the exact same with “Rockstar” by Post Malone featuring 21 Savage still leading the pack.

In the number eleven spot is “I Get The Bag” by Gucci Mane featuring Migos.

“[The song is] very catchy and I can listen to it over and over,” said Arrowhead junior Jordan Bashaw.

“I loved it as soon it came out. The Migos run the show, especially Quavo,” said Arrowhead senior Aristotle Maxwell. He’s referencing the featured rap trio, Migos, consisting of Takeoff, Offset, and Quavo.

“One of the best tracks from Gucci’s new album,” said Arrowhead senior Logan Bokuras.

In the number twelve spot is “Attention” by Charlie Puth. It’s the first single for his upcoming album Voicenotes due to be released in 2018.

“It’s alright I guess, not something I’d listen to on my own time,” said Bashaw.

“I’m not digging it,” said Maxwell.

“[Attention] has a good message, but it’s too slow of a song for me,” said Bokuras.

The message in the song he’s referencing is how some ex-girlfriends attempt to get back together just for attention instead of a long-term commitment.

In the number thirteen spot is “What About Us” by P!NK which is off her newest album Beautiful Trauma released October 13th.

“Somewhat sappy,” said Bashaw.

“Yeah… No thank you,” said Maxwell.

“I don’t know, I kind of like it,” said Bokuras.

In the number fourteen spot is “Believer” by Imagine Dragons, a rock band from Las Vegas that released their newest album Evolve on June 23rd earlier this year.

“Amazing actually,” said Bashaw.

“Pretty cool, I like the speed of the song,” said Maxwell.

“Imagine Dragons has done it again,” said Bokuras.

In the number fifteen spot is “Despacito” by Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee featuring Justin Bieber which has spent 41 weeks on the chart.

“This is definitely my jam,” said Bashaw.

“Very very catchy,” said Maxwell.

“I agree with Aristotle, super catchy,” said Bokuras.

In the number sixteen spot is “Bank Account” by 21 Savage who is set to perform at The Rave in Milwaukee on Thursday, December 7th.

“[The song] gets me all hyped up,” said Bashaw.

“Oh yeah, here’s a good one,” said Maxwell.

“Yep let’s play that one more time,” said Bokuras.

In the number seventeen spot is “Rake It Up” by Yo Gotti featuring Nicki Minaj. The latter who featured on Migo’s newest single “Motorsport” that was released  on the 27th of October. It is the first single for their upcoming album, Culture 2 which is the sequel to the first Culture released January 27th earlier this year.

“It makes me wanna dance,” said Bashaw.

“Pretty solid,” said Maxwell.

“Better than most the songs you showed me so far,” said Bokuras.

In the number eighteen spot is “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran who released his last album Divide on March 3rd earlier this year.

“It put me in a really good mood,” said Bashaw,

“Nope,” said Maxwell.

“A song I would try to learn to sing for my girlfriend,” said Bokuras.

In the number nineteen spot is “What Lovers Do” by Maroon 5 featuring SZA. It is their lead single from Red Pill Blues released November 3rd this year.

“Jazzy and I like it,” said Bashaw.

“I like it,” said Maxwell.

“SZA’s part is kind of annoying,” said Bokuras.

Finally, in twentieth place is “Havana” by Camila Cabella featuring Young Thug. The latter who recently released Super Slimey, a collaborative mixtape with rapper Future on the 20th of October.

“Woah, please save that one for me,” said Bashaw.

“I wasn’t feeling it until Young Thug came to rescue,” said Maxwell.

“Thug is better on his own,” said Bokuras.
