Arrowhead looks forward to Spring Break

Arrowhead students start Spring Break on Friday, April 3rd. Students will have 11 days to spend with their family, friends, or even on vacation.

The first day of Spring this year was March 20th ending then on June 21st when the first day of Summer arrives.

Morgan Merbeth, a senior at Arrowhead, is going to Puerto Rico with her mom and her siblings. She says she is staying there for a week and staying in a hotel.

“Usually every Spring Break my family and I go somewhere and this year we are going to Puerto Rico this year which is going to be really exciting for me,” says Merbeth.

Merbeth says some of the other things she likes to do on Spring Break if she’s not on vacation is to hangout with her friends and ride her horses.

“Spring break is determined a lot on the weather too,” says Merbeth. “If the weather is nice that week then it gives you an excuse to go outside or take a walk.”

Ali Nigel, a senior at Arrowhead, says she is planning on staying home this Spring break and hanging out with friends and spending time with her family.

“I’ll probably spend a lot of my Spring break painting and staying around at home,” says Nigel.
