Packers On a Winning Streak

The Green Bay Packers have been on a roll with a record of 7-3. The Packers have recruited some new members to the team this year to add to the talent the team already had including HaHa Clinton Dix, Julius Peppers, and Letroy Guion.

The team got off to a rough 1-2 start with losses against the Seahawks and Lions, but since Aaron Rodgers quoted the famous “R-E-L-A-X”, the Packers have gone 6-1 with their only loss to the Saints.

With the addition of the players stated above, Jordy Nelson, Eddie Lacy, and Randall Cobb have contributed to the team as well.

According to the Green Bay Packer website for the 2014 season, Lacy has 547 rushing yards and scored 5 touchdowns,  Cobb has 779 receiving yards and scored 10 touchdowns, and the fan favorite Nelson has 998 receiving yards and scored nine touchdowns.

“With how well they are playing already pretty early in the season, they have a really good chance of playing in the Super Bowl. I’m excited to see where they head from here,” says junior Packer fan Will Boelter.

They have won the last few weeks against the Bears and Eagles. The Chicago Bears and the Packers have been rivals but the Packers won with a score of 55-14. The last game the Packers played in was against the Philadelphia Eagles who they won with a score of 53-20.
