I love covering current events, pop culture, and topics community members are passionate about and I took journalism because I am interested in this career path. I went to the Washington Journalism and Media Conference this summer which sparked further interest. My favorite part of class has been hearing everyone’s ideas and collaborating on articles. I have also enjoyed managing the social media accounts with Ava Eigner and focusing on community outreach.
