Arrowhead High School’s Boys Wrestling team had highs and lows in the 2023-2024 season, with wrestlers winning first and second place in the WIAA State Championships. Arrowhead’s Wyatt Duchateau won first place and Raymen Gulmotico reached second place in the individual state championships. Unfortunately, Arrowhead’s wrestling team lost 12-4 in the WIAA State Team Quarterfinals, ending their season.
Head coach Randy Ferrell made several predictions about the upcoming season. “Arrowhead Wrestling has a rich history. Last season we qualified eight individuals to the WIAA State Wrestling Tournament, placing third with two finalists and a state champion,” Ferrell said. “Led by a large group of dedicated seniors, this team has several goals set for our season and a drive to obtain them.”
Arrowhead returns a number of starters from its run in the 2024-25 season.
