The New White Boards: Good or Bad?

Coming back from Thanksgiving break, students around the hall started to raise the same questions: What are those white boards for? Why are they everywhere around the school? Is it a good or bad idea?

Zach Texeira, a senior at Arrowhead says, “I believe it’s not a good idea because I don’t know what they are for.”

No doubt just putting boards up across the school can cause confusion.

Alexis Keidl, a senior at Arrowhead, says, “I believe it’s going to turn into a bad idea because people are just going to draw on them.”

But there are people who think differently.

Madalyn Trapp senior at Arrowhead, “I’m indifferent. I believe there is really no point for them to be up. Except for maybe, showing current events, and upcoming sports activities.”

Pete Nejedlo, the associate principal at Arrowhead Union High School, said, “They are for groups and people to put up positive sayings, publicize events in the group.”

Gavin Taylor IV senior at Arrowhead says, “I am neutral towards the idea of the white boards hung up.”
