“ Theres a lot of different reasons to go to homecoming, but i believe thats its an experience everybody should have. It could be something you could really enjoy whether its dancing, meeting new people or getting even closer with you pals.” says Alyssa Pietruszka

“Homecoming is an experience everybody should have at least once.” Says senior Ben Milhojevich
Ben Milhojevich asked his date to homecoming with a rose and a hand shaped card saying, “ Don’t let this handy card go to waste, go to homecoming with me.”is looking forward dancing but is hoping their aren’t so many lights on in the gym.
Senior Drew Eskoff, is still on the fence about attending this years homecoming because of two major reason; getting a date and the cost. Drew doesn’t want to go through the social stress associated with asking and finding a date that adheres to the proper social rules of Arrowhead. Drew believes before asking girl the first thing to consider is the relationship you have with that girl. If you have a strong relationship, a semi strong relationship or a weak developing relationship one of three things can happen. You could get a yes and have a great time at the dance and continue to develop that relationship, or you can get a yes have the possibility of ruining the relationship because of rushing things, and there’s always the possibility that you will get a no and end any possible relationship. Drew believes that social cultures also come into play when it comes into play for guys when choosing a date.
Drew did attend homecoming last year and had a great time at dinner with his friends. He went to Carabas, with a tight net group of his friends. Drew says that was his favorite thing about homecoming because it was the only part of homecoming that doesn’t include and social pressure.
Caitlin Englebert, current senior says her favorite things about homecoming is being with her friends and getting her groove on. Englebert likes that homecoming is like a week long of fun activities for students to do, and believes is a fun way to bring people together. This years homecoming is especially exciting for Caitlin because she will also be taking her senior pictures the day of homecoming.
