Why limit the Homecoming fun to just one night? In addition to the pep rally, parade, and football game, Arrowhead will have dress-up days from October 6-10. Here are the themes for each day of the week:
Monday, 10/6, is PJs/Comfy Clothes Day. Come to school in your onesies, sweats, and matching pajama sets.
Tuesday, 10/7, is Class Colors Day. Freshmen wear black, sophomores wear white, juniors wear pink, seniors wear blue, and staff will wear green.
Wednesday, 10/8, is Wisconsin Day. Come to school dressed in a Bucks, Badgers, Brewers, or Packers jersey. If you are not a huge sports fan, you can wear cow print, cheese-themed items, Summerfest gear, or state fair merchandise.
Thursday, 10/9, is Camo Day. Blend in with the nature around you in anything camo print.
Finally, Friday, 10/10, is Red Out. Wear red!
“I’m excited,” Claire Prohaska, junior, said. “All the themes are good, and I have had my outfits planned for a week.”
Dress-up day participation will be recorded in the second hour Red Day classes and the sixth hour Blue Day classes. The classes with the highest % of participation will receive donuts on October 15th (Blue Day) and October 16th (Red Day).
Student Senate was in charge of picking themes for the dress-up days. These themes are very open-ended- so it is expected that everyone participates! Try your best to win those donuts and get hyped up before the Homecoming Dance on 10/11.
