At Arrowhead there are many class offerings, some in the Family and Consumer Sciences department. One class that stands out is Child Development.
With Mrs Lind leaving the class in November of 2024, the class needed a long term sub, Mrs Hall. “I absolutely enjoyed teaching child development,” Hall said.
The class has many aspects that students love. Some of the topics can challenge students, such as when the classes discuss topics like STDs, The delivery video and the C section video. but with the activities Hall does, the class is sure to be a blast for students.
The class really engages students to learn. “I would have to say the connections are most important,3” Hall said. The class has many connections to students, whether for the current student or for their future self.
Overall, Child Development has a lot to offer and could help a student explore something new.
