The Beaver Dam Area Orchestra performed their annual holiday concert at the Beaver Dam High School Auditorium on Saturday, Dec 14th. The orchestra performed two back-to-back concerts, including a shortened family concert at 5:00 p.m featuring the One Voice Children’s Choir, and a full-length concert at 7:00 p.m.
The orchestra performed songs from the soundtracks of Home Alone and The Polar Express as well as other classics like Sleigh Ride and Stille Nacht.
This free-of-charge concert has been supported by the Tom & Judy Heffron Family Fund for 25 years.
“I have loved being in this group for over 30 years and 3 conductors,” Judy Heffron says. “It has given me the opportunity to make music with a wonderful group of people.”
