Cheating has been a problem for students of all ages, especially kids who get their own technology. Students can now look up answers on their computers and ask Chat GPT for answers.
Now that students know about Chat GPT students will only continue to cheat more on their work than actually do their work. To say cheating is getting worse is an understatement. Some students rely on cheating to pass their classes.
Cheating is a huge problem for schools, and with new technology coming out, it’s only going to make cheating easier to get away with. Even when Chat GPT is not being used, there are other ways of cheating in classes. Students share work and even past work on classes to help other friends.
The problem with having friends take classes you’ve already taken, is that they can ask for the work you have already done besides having them just work on it themselves. Students ask friends for homework and even past quiz and tests results so they know what to expect.
Cheating is a big problem for today’s schools and it will only continue to get worse. It’s only a matter of time before schools start to take real action on the situation to prevent cheating from happening.
