As we know, the seniors are graduating very shortly at Arrowhead High school. In only a couple weeks, they will be ending an old chapter and starting a new one. Some will go further with their educations, and some will be starting their careers or jobs right after graduation. With only a few days of school for the seniors, some students may be scattering to get their grades up or turn in any other missing assignments they need to turn in.

“I honestly can’t wait to get out of here,” says Arrowhead student Nick Russel. “It was really fun for the years that I’ve been here but now I’m ready for UW Whitewater. Right now, I’m making sure all of my grades are where they need to be so I can graduate with good grades.”

“Grades are really no concern for me at this point,” says Germantown student, Colt Stephen. “I’m passing all my classes and waiting for the end of high school.”

The graduating percentage is around ninety seven percent every year for Arrowhead and ninety five percent for Germantown, according to US News. Most if not all of the seniors have been working hard, getting late work in, studying for their tests, and trying to get the best on their final exam reviews. Some students claim their experience in high school to be short and very resourceful.

“When I started high school, I was thinking to myself, This is going to be a long four years of even more schooling,” says Russel. “Little did I realize that I would make so many new friends and get to experience sports and teamwork with other warhawks. I also didn’t think the teachers would be so nice hear. The teachers at my old school were not very nice and wouldn’t understand that I need to learn differently. The teachers hear are very nice and understanding about homework and notes.”

“I thought some of the same things as Nick did,” says Stephen. “I love my teachers at Germantown High school and I really like that they are easy on the homework and always know how to help. I have met so many different people as well. During the summer before my freshman year, I was worried thinking to myself that there are going to be bullies and different cliques at the school. I was right to some degree but there were no bullies. I instantly found a clique of people who eventually became good friends of mine. I’m glad I had a good experience here.

Some of the students might miss high school or the fun they have had. Some are eager to leave and are counting the days to get out. No matter what anyone says, they really will have something about high school they will miss. It could be a good friend they had or a prom or even a fun party they went to.

“I know I can say that I will miss high school,” says Stephen. “I will miss all the friends I have made as well as the teachers that helped me with my successes. They gave me a great time learning and I know that because of this, I will be able to go further in my education.”

“Arrowhead is a really good school and I know that I will miss it,” says Russel. “The teachers understood how to help me when I needed it and they taught me that failure is never an option. I’m going to really miss the friends I have made but I hope to keep in touch with them. I will never forget all of the amazing experiences I have had at this school.

When the Seniors walk to the podium in a couple of weeks, they will remember that they have made it far with education and that there is no limits to their successes. This is all in thanks to the teachers in Arrowhead and Germantown High school for helping their students achieve their diplomas. They not only did their job but they bonded with their students to make the high school experience more enjoyable and interesting.
