On December 3rd, 2024, the Arrowhead Girls Basketball team faced off against Kettle Moraine and won 66-52. The Warhawks remain undefeated this season and rank second in state power rankings according to WSN.
“We have been in the gym six days a week competing,” Gabrielle Haas, guard, said. “Our practices are intense, but our hard work is starting to show.”
The players on the team get along well, which also contributes to their success. “Our team chemistry off the court is really what helps us work so well together,” Haas said. “We genuinely like each other, so it makes the long season fun.”
Last season, the team won the state championship. They have five new players this season.
Their next game is against Muskego and will take place at 7:00 p.m on December 6th at Muskego High School.
